Shares for Sale Galileo syndicate
Racehorse partnership with Gary Moore
This
very handsome colt was our most expensive purchase yet - despite
this he was talked about as the best bargain of the 2010
Tattersalls Millions Sales! By the 'best stallion in the world'
Galileo and out of a $900,000 mare, he is bred to compete with the
very best.
JUPITER
STORM is a big scopey horse and because he continued growing
throughout the yar he wasn't ready to make his debut until
September 2011. His
first race came at Newbury in September and he ran with plenty of
promise; a bit slow out of the stalls but travelled really well and
stayed on all the way to the line. He was aimed high for his second
run, the £500,000 Tattersalls Millions Trophy on 1st October. The 7
furlong trip was always going to be short of his best but it was
too good an opportunity to miss - however the horse found it all
happened too quick for him and he was allowed to coast
home.
JUPITER STORM won his third race, a £10,000
yearling bonus race, over the more suitable trip of a mile at
Brighton on 20th October. He really showed that staying is his game
and he surged clear of some nice horses to win in the style of a
good horse. He has grown and strengthened over the winter and will
be a force to be reckoned with over the middle distances this
year!
He
made his seasonal return at Newmarket on 6th May 2012 but ran very
freely and struggled to settle. He is quite a handful but Gary
Moore will work on this before his next run, possibly in a valuable
handicap at Epsom on Derby day.

JUPITER

JUPITER STORM wins comfortably when pulling
clear of his rivals. George Baker actually had a job pulling the
horse up and we can't wait to see him run over further a 3-year
old. We are already dreaming of Dubai next
winter!

JUPITER
STORM ran in the £500,000 sales race at Newmarket, part of the
Tattersalls millions series. Unfortunately it was not to be his
day, but we are sure he will run a big race next time out over an
extra furlong or two.

First
time out at NEWBURY, JUPITER
STORM catches the eye of many good judges. He was
also marked as one to follow in the Racing
Post.
After
the race Pat Cosgrave commented on the horse’s lovely long stride
and said that he moves like a quick ground horse. 2 furlongs out he
thought he was in with a chance of winning but the horse showed his
inexperience when they all came under pressure. All Gary Moore's
horses come on from their debuts so expect to see JUPITER STORM in
the Winners Enclosure very soon. |
Heart of the South Racing is renowned for
buying horses reasonably, but never have we purchased such a
bargain as with this fantastically bred GALILEO
colt.
Firstly,
GALILEO is quoted by many as "the best stallion in the world",
siring the likes of FRANKEL, RIP VAN WINKLE, LUSH LASHES and NEW
APPROACH to name a few, but the Dam who was recently sold for
